Purchase Refunds
All my-eTrust.com products are available for a 30-day Evaluation. Customers are encouraged to fully evaluate the software prior to purchasing a software license. Evaluation software may be downloaded from the my-eTrust.com site, is fully functional, and includes complete online documentation. During the evaluation period, technical support is available via the Support Center.

After purchase, my-eTrust software is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, just open a Web Support Request within 30-days of purchasing a license. The information you send must include the following:

• Your Full Name
• Registered Email Address
• License Key
• Date of Purchase
• Reason for Returning the Software
• Agreement to remove and delete all eTrust EZ Armor, eTrust EZ Antivirus and eTrust EZ Firewall software from your computer and any all computers or servers where the software is installed.

We will send you a response via Web Support that notifies you of your eligibility for a refund based on your account information and the information you provide to us. If your request for a refund is approved, a credit will be processed to your credit card account within 5 to 7 business days following confirmation of eligibility.
